"Revolver" rotary device control system

The control system based on the Siemens S7-1200 controller and Weintek cMT2078x HMI regulates the speed of the revolver disc and vibrators via the Siemens Sinamics V20 frequency converter. Automatic and manual operating modes, product recipe selection, replaceable and continuous production counters, data archiving on USB with the possibility of collection via FTP, and data transfer via OPC UA are implemented. Error display with diagnostics.
